Description It's Master Chief from Halo, for my Photoshop final in Intro to Computer Graphics. He pretty much let us do whatever we wanted in Photoshop. Which is cool.

Actually... this is the version from Halo 2. Which is cool.

Referance used for some of the armor.

Sketched on paper
Inked and colored in Photoshop
Time taken: I'd say about 6 hours. Some of it was spent slacking off though.

The Master Chief, Halo, and other such things are property of Bungie and Microsoft.

EDIT: Removed that nasty nasty pixelly effect. It really didn't look as good as I had originally intended it to. Also adjusted the contrast on some of the parts so you can actually SEE things now.

Thank you thank you! The background is only there because it looked worse on just a white or single color BG... And having a class to teach you Photoshop is nice... although I've learned more by screwing around with it during classtime than I do during the lessons...
