Inspired by a picture by Ayumi Kasai: [link]Another result of my AP Studio Art class, omg that class is so stressful... >_< this picture ended up taking WAY more time than it was supposed to, i wanted to try a new style, but markers are very unforgiving OTL the overall result was satisfactory, i guess, but i ended up spending so much time on it that i dont like the way it looks anymore, it looks rushed and messy. poop. oh well, i wanted to make a picture with a ton of different colours in it, so i chose to do a picture like this : D I hope you like it <3
done with crayola markers (and a few prismas)

I'ts so very interesting to see a aesthetic that is completely oposite of your own work and still love it! There is so many color shades here and you managed to make them work together without do a mess! Generaly I can't really conect myself (emotionaly) with bright strong colours but I must say I loved how you used them here!

Yeah, it's a bunch of crap. Apparently art, music and theatre are crap, but sports really make a kid well rounded and more intelligent. I just want to smack everyone because of it. Worst of all, this fall, they're cutting even MORE and there might not be any art besides the basic Intro to Art class. They'll be firing most of the teachers and they'll be a lot more students crammed into one classroom. Needless to say, I'm not looking forward to it.

i really am blessed to have an AP art class, it's the top level art class with four art classes below it, so the kids in ap art with me all really love art and apreciate it, they're not taking the class for the credit, they're taking it 'cause they love art, and it is just so rad. i love my art class, all the ppl are so awesome ^^ <3
and so are my teachers, they've been at my school forever, and they're all really talented, i cant see my school firing any of them, that would be horrible o_o

haha aw thanks ^^ I did use a few prismacolour markers, but i didnt have very many at the time, so when i needed colours, crayolas are cheap, yay! : D
