I got inspired by a comment under my picture of a bald female minion of a super villian, so here's the boss of the bald minion girl.

Ever since she was young, Venus Lorelei Cerulean had an interest in hair, hairstyling especially. It always fascinated her what could be done with hair and what styles it could be put into. Her love bordered on obsession, but at least it drove her get trained and become a hairstylist so she could share her love of different hairstyles with others in her own salon. Shame was that she could never do so, only ever having customers keep asking for simple trims or basic hairstyles that were the norm. She was frustrated with this, so much so that one night when her last customer of the night, a particularly haughty woman, was leaving with a basic bobcut she was too proud about, Venus accidently vented to herself out loud that the woman should have let her give her a haircut hat would fit her more. At that moment something strange happened, the customer stopped and walked back to her chair with a dazed look like she had suddenly decided to obey Venus' commands. Stunned but deciding to not waste her chance, Venus got to work and quickly cut into a half shave with a bang that covered her left eye. As Venus finished, she decided to test somethind out and told the woman that she loved her new look and to come back tomarrow so she could be shaved bald, to her suprise the customer agreed and left the salon happy as could be, with no sign of anything forcably changing her. This event made Venus realize she could brainwash or at least command people with her voice. Getting some insperation from the shows of her childhood and the suggestions from her new bald minion the next day, Venus decided to start up an criminal operation to make the world more beautiful in her eyes, using her voice to get many women under her control as minions and henchwomen, as her voice only seemed to work better on girls mostly with the rare guy being effected every now and then. While a majority of her workforce get shaven bald, anyone who particulay catches her eyes will get a higher position in her organization and a new, not-bald haircut unlesss Venus decides they look better bald. She's not a full blown villain as she still has her morals and doesn't like to really harm people, only really has her organization steal stuff so she can make products to sell in order to fund her salon.
