What a cute young maid! Long, bouncy hair with little pony tails. A simple maid dress, but with incredible shoulder frills! I like the fairly flat, ballet slipper-type shoes a great deal! They look good on her long, slim legs, and the sort of "dancing" pose that she is in.
She sort of looks like she's blowing a kiss? Tough to say, as that could just be a small manga mouth rather than pursed lips? Her head might be more directly centered on the viewer if it was a "blown kiss" pose?
Well, it is still a cute pic to be sure! And one that carries an aspect of action and motion to it more than many of the typical "girly sweetness" shots. The young maid might be going about quickly with a moment to impart her flirty wink and grace while on her way?

I think it looks amazing but her hand that's at her chest looks small

I think it might be because she's scruntching it up a little bit, but yeah, it does look slightly small... i think he messed up when he misjudged the hand's being closer to the camera than the face... And nice detailing on the maid outfit!! Even the parts below the apron/fringe thing is shaded right!!! Every thing is moi perfectomundo, except maybe the mouth. It's about 3 millimeters too short, and not curving up enough by a couple degrees. Her emotion looks like it's hovering between calm and preppy, kinda. By all of that is off balanced by the sheer awesomeness of the coloring, shading, and (mostly) perfect proportioning! AAKK!! You're skill is burning my eyes again!!!
