You know the Philippines Mythological creature known as the *Tikbalang*, is basically an Anthropomorphic Horse, a creature with the body & arms of a Human, but with the head, hind legs & tail of a horse, or in another way it's the Horse equivalent of a Minotaur, so the Rainbow Dash featured here is pretty much a Pegasus Tikbalang, interesting isn't it.

And Tales of the Tikbalang were started shortly after, but if they needed a name for a situation when the Ponies transformed into Anthropomorphic Half-Human/Half Pony Creatures that resemble the Horse Versions of Minotaurs, then they could use the word *Tikbalang* to make it short & sweet.
