Description
Ryu is one of the Main protagonists of the Street Fighter series. A young man who has spent his life doing exhaustive martial arts training in isolation, he eventually finds his way into the World Warrior tournament. Ryu was given a very strong sense of right, wrong and Justice and with his fighting ability he feels like he should do what he can to see justice done in a way that most more normal people wouldn't. To do that Ryu has made it his mission to get involved in fights against evil people in order to do what he can despite what the risk or consequences might be. He has a positive relationships with most of the other series characters as he respects their values and abilites.

MZimmer1985 gave my some requests in antiquation of the new Marvel vs Capcom. Ludi Lin (Power Rangers) was really the only actor to come to mind for this role. Since he is already an accomplished martial artist himself he would very easily be able to pull off the complicated stunts needed for a street fighter movie. Ludi did an amazing job as Zach and clearly has some good acting ability as well as quite a knack for playing heroes. Plus he's got almost the perfect build or as close a real person probably could to how Ryu looks in the games.
