If there were one thing to be said about Neil, it would be that he was a class president through and through. Responsible, dutiful, excelling all around at most everything in school, Neil really did care about all of his classmates - which led Neil to where he was now, having a one-on-one 'chat' with one of them alone in their classroom.

Within the matter of seconds the class president was slack-jawed, and staring blankly at his phone screen. Colin sighed. All he'd wanted was to get by just as he was, but then this guy had to come in and force him to be 'socialable' or whatever… well at the very least, he could test out this app from one of niche internet forums he frequented, that was supposed to be able to hypnotize people…
"Stand up." Neil instantly complied. "Jump and down five times." That, too. "Tell me your name." "Neil." "From now on, it's Rose." The class president blinked at hearing this, but didn't react in any way that would suggest he disagreed. "What is your name?" "Rose." From Rose's expression, it seemed that he totally believed it.
Fuck, this really was working after all… although according to the sources where he'd downloaded the app, there was still a lot more he could do with it. "Rose, you're too handsome. Become cuter for me." Immediately the class president's features shrank and warped, becoming cuter just like Colin had said. In the matter of seconds, Rose now possessed a natural, feminine beauty that would be sure to turn any eye.
"H-holy shit…" In stark contrast to Colin's growing surprise and excitement, Rose continued to stare blankly ahead, not seeming to register what had happened. The class president's uniform reshaped itself as well, trousers merging together into a knee-length skirt as silk stockings wrapped around his feet - exactly what Colin had in mind when he though of a 'cute uniform'. Of course, the issue was that the uniform didn't exactly fit Rose, whose masculine physique made it loose in all the wrong areas. So that would have be fixed, of course…
"I think that uniform isn't right for you, Rose… unless you're a girl, of course." Bwoompf! One could almost hear the sound of the class president's chest exploding outwards, slight pecs doubling and tripling and quadrupling in size until a truly impressive pair of boobs sat there, just barely contained by the uniform blouse.
Colin watched the Adam's Apple vanish from Rose's throat, the bulge that had been just barely noticeable in the front of her skirt recede and disappear. He saw her rear and thighs fill out with fat, the previously slender class president gaining an alluringly curvy physique…

"You really should talk to more people…" If there were one thing to be said about Rose, it would be that she hadn't really changed much at all… but somehow, hearing that same advice from a cute girl was a lot easier on the ears. "I'm sure if you opened up more, they'd be able to appreciate you more, j-just like I do…"
She blushed and fell silent, the young couple continuing their journey home in a comfortable silence. "As encouragement…" Rose murmured, eyes flicking towards Colin as she pointed towards her bust sheepishly, "How about I reward you if you agree to start opening up to others?" Now it was Colin's turn to blush. "O-okay…"
In the end, it seemed that this arrangement would turn out to be beneficial to Colin, although not how he had first imagined…
