Oh! I'm glad you asked! I once ask my DA friends about it too! ~Gingaweedfan1 told me how to do it!

You're doing it right except you forgot the word : icon :
Its always : icon __*words__* plz : (with no space)
Like : icontrollfaceplz : (with no space) ~TADA

If you're doing other DA members' avatar/ icon like yours ~ You don't have to put 'plz'

like (with no space) : iconxx-superwalrus-xx : ~TADA

BUT the thing is, you always HAVE TO 'preview' it unless you're sure of what it looks like or if you've use it countless of times.

For example you want to do Santa
BUT you just want to make sure! ALSO if you want to know what icon is called, you could just put you cursor on the icon and it'll show ___plz just don't forget the : icon :
