The concept was based on Gryphon actually. Since this was just finished lately, the style differs a bit from the other two.Btw, if anyone of you h ave idea for what skulls suit for pinkie and rarity, please feel free to tell

Secondly. I'm not sure why but the idea of a mole skull for Rarity and a hyena one for Pinkie seems rather fitting.

Don't know if you are still taking suggestions but this is what I thought of:
Pinkie: I know alligator is what everyone is saying, but considering her playful personality an otter or monkey would also fit.
Rarity: Fox or mink, they are known to be fashion accessories for their fur.
Twilight: Owl, naturally.
Celestia: Lion, they are associated with the sun.
Luna: Wolf, I think that doesn't need explaining.

For Pinkie, a Lynx. I say that because she would totally use those giant eye sockets as eye holes and wear it like a mask.
For Rarity, something extravagant and elegant. A stag or elk skull would do the trick - maybe with some ornaments in the antlers?

Pinkie is totally the gator swamp mystic. Figure a little swampgrass decoration as opposed to feathers, some creeping vines... and a big ol' cheerful grin on her face xD

For Pinkie I think maybe go with an alligator or crocodile?
Or if you're aiming for a more insane Pinkie you could go with a horse skull.

Aw yeah! 20% cooler... I'm imagining that's Gilda's skull, btw. For Rarity, a dragon skull (with embedded gemstones!), of course. Pinkie must have a pony or human skull... because that's the kind of mare she is.

For Pinkie it should be something silly. Such as sugar, small mouse skull on top of her curly mane or nose. I think alligator, which is quite popular in comments, doesn't seems right. For Rarity, I guess nothing dirty nor brutal. Hm. Hard to choose, maybe stag? Elk? Snake? Since cat and bird are "taken" by Fluttershy and RD, soo... Either delicate antlers with gems and scarfs or subtle, snake skull with its small pieces chained together by gold.
