love this. i like signs that are degridated and this one with the smiley (and a creepy smiley at that) just has a really cool feel to it.

The sign itself is pretty funny. I don't even want to know what sort of stuff that area discharges, but my guess is that it isn't clean. Yet, it's making Melbourne a better place to live, and let's hope cleaner as well. I like whatever you did with the levels on this. Looks really smooth.
