I made this cake for my good friend Reinder who turned 24.Maybe I have to explain first why I made this cake and what the meaning of it is.. Reinder and I are doing LARP with some children, in a knight story. One time Reinder had to play an octopus, and I don't think he liked that very much (A) (Sorry Reinder, teasing you!) I just thought it would be funny to make it come back in his birthdaycake
The cake is coverd with marzipan, but in there was.. I thought it was strawberriemouse and Zwitserse room (Swiss cream??)
It really tasted good, even when the sight didn't looked as good as I hoped. But I only had two hours to make it.
Thanks for my placement company where I could make it for him
