I’m so psyched about Doctor Who season 6 premiere. Thank you, Universe, for putting Steven Moffat in charge *__*I’ll be drawing LOADS OF Doctor Who-fanart for sure, starting with a series of MLP-DW-crossovers

I think the TARDIS was the best cutie mark choice! Sure, lots of Timelords had them, but only The Doctor's was stuck as a blue police box =^_~=

This is brilliant! The eye and the mark are definitely the two things that jump out the most, but I simply adore the hair and, of course, the elbow patches. And the bow tie. And the TARDIS. I love it all, basically.

Fez was the first one I drew, but then I started pondering the true meaning of Cutie Marks. They represent what makes a pony special, their talents or missions in life or whatever.
The Time Lords seem to have a cutie mark system of their own. The name DOCTOR, in a way, is the Doctor's cutie mark. But drawing medical instruments into his ass would've been misleading, explaining it through the Time Lord symbol would've been too complex to draw and would've needed explanation.
But when you think of the Doctor and what makes him special, to me, what makes the Doctor special is the fact that he's so...so...THE DOCTOR. I didn't want to draw the Doctor's own face onto the Doctor's pony arse, so I drew something of which he's best recognized. His TARDIS.
THERE, what an explanation that was :'D.
BUT CUTIE MARKS ARE SERIOUS BUSINESS
(I once spent almost a week in a total funk because I couldn't figure out my own potential cutie mark and it led me to think what the hell I want to do with my life xDD. Me <3 my mind
