Looks great! Being a Doctor Who fan, I like the added TARDIS.

I love it! There are just two things that bother me...
His face-Dont' know what it is, but... idk. It feels weird to me.
His size-I made some calculations...and by that i mean I looked for two minutes on the internet...and I found that a pony, who in the show is about 3', should come up around halfway on the tardis.
That's it. Still think this is great though, and also...

Yeah, I think his face might be a bit odd, too long and smooth maybe? I agree, at any rate! As for the TARDIS, well, I thought about it but surely it'd be a pony sized TARDIS for a pony sized Time Lord! He's not a human, er, shaped Time Lord so sizes may vary! Plus if he was on all fours, he'd be a bit shorter of course.
