I hardly use the smudge, usually only when I need to fix my coloring-out-of-the-lines.

nice work! i barely use smudge tool in my coloring (mainly burn and dodge lmao) this gives i nice effect to the shininess here
i wish i had a Wacom Tablet too

dodge is so nice XD... that's how I did the shiny hair! Dodge makes everything shiny!!! X3
