What I think a Mega Mewtwo Z would look like.

Description: When Mewtwo makes contact with the Mewtwonite Z mega stone, all of its power is released at once, making it the most powerful pokemon in existance. As a result though, its power becomes uncontrolable causing its mind to be unstable and its body to deteriorate.

Wow, I had the exact same idea and design... I pictured this version of Mewtwo as a Psychic/Ghost type, with 254 Special Attack, all of his other stats the same as regular Mewtwo, and an ability that decreases his HP by 1/8 each turn.
