We're now down to the final three Drama Fest collages! This next one goes to the nineteenth character introduced -- the first season's winner (in the U.S. and Canada), and the optimistic and fun-loving goofball from the first three seasons and spin-off series -- Owen!

Owen's one of my favorites in the Total Drama franchise, and he's somebody else I've grown to enjoy over time. Admittedly, I think he's one of the funniest characters on the program -- given his rather low level of intelligence yet fun-loving demeanor and some of his unpredictable actions on the cartoon. While I will admit some of his jokes can be revolting, others are quite funny and actually help out his peers (like using himself as a human cannonball in "Sweden Sour"). Speaking along those lines, he can also be a serious competitor when needed to be -- such as how he was able to carry his team through much of the dodge ball game in "Dodgebrawl".

Additionally, Owen is amongst the most optimistic & friendly cast members; he typically means well even if something goes wrong on his end, and he tries his best to help his peers through various cases -- like helping his best buddy gain a girlfriend in the spin-off, making his actions more endearing for me. Some of his friendships have also helped him gain development, such as learning to think more critically about things while being alongside Noah in the third season and spin-off. All-in-all, Owen's one of my favorite Total Drama characters; he's funny, upbeat, helpful and has plenty of endearing moments to bring along.
