Here is the first of a series of collages on each team from The Ridonculous Race. This one is on one of my favorite teams: The Reality TV Pros, Noah and Owen! Both Noah and Owen got great character development during the spin-off.

In the beginning of the spin-off, Noah and Owen's friendship was (at least to me) notably weaker than it was in the franchise's prior instalments. This is based on how many friendships formed at the high school level turn out: they get weaker and usually die off. Since this was the team I first decided to root for, I got rather concerned for their friendship.

During the race's progression (and after meeting Emma), Noah began to undergo positive change as an individual. At first, he had a hard time bonding with Emma (due to his lack of much social interaction, not to mention total lack of romantic experience), but luckily, he had Owen around to help him. Owen helped Noah by telling him to be subtle and to not get too worried about impressing his crush. While they've had their ups and downs, things worked out well towards the end.

By their end in the race, Noah and Owen left with their heads held high and with a renewed friendship. Owen proved to be Noah's greatest ally by helping Noah gain Emma as a girlfriend, and he also finally told Noah about how much his friendship with the know-it-all means to him. As for Noah, he became a more compassionate and appreciative while still being his old sarcastic self.

I feel that The Ridonculous Race is Noah and Owen's best appearance yet, and I hope that there is more goodness to come from them in the future.
