Huge Watchmen fan. My favorite comic book ever, and one of my favorite movies ever. I hope to make one of these for Night Owl, Dr. Manhattan, and The Comedian sometime soon as well.

I used splatter brushes on photoshop. It's basically a stenciling method. Very fun and pretty easy to do!
