So, we have Return to T&F Character but In my Headcannons And this one is the unlucky engine and that's Joey The Unlucky Engine.

1. his works as he works in the industry harbor in the mainland before he comes to Sodor.
2. He has the number 13, before it was changed was number 25.
3. He has the personality as in "Stories Of Sodor", but not as the Police Engine.
4. He Sometimes Helps out by taking some goods trains but he also shutting cars and coaches At Arlesburgh.
5. He had bad luck before the number was changed differently.
