Description Old Reliable, reporting for duty for Titanic Week 2020! At Ease!
That's right its RMS Olympic aka HMT Olympic is finally here!

Here's some backstory about this ship. RMS Olympic was a British ocean liner and the lead ship of the White Star Line's trio of Olympic-class liners. Unlike the other ships in the class, Olympic had a long career spanning 24 years from 1911 to 1935. This included service as a troopship during the First World War, which gained her the nickname "Old Reliable". She returned to civilian service after the war, and served successfully as an ocean liner throughout the 1920s and into the first half of the 1930s, although increased competition, and the slump in trade during the Great Depression after 1930, made her operation increasingly unprofitable. The Olympic was withdrawn from service and sold for scrap in 1935; demolition was completed in 1937. Decorative elements of Olympic were removed and sold at auction before she was scrapped, and now adorn buildings and a cruise ship.By contrast with Olympic, the other two ships in the class, Titanic and Britannic, had short service lives: in 1912, Titanic collided with an iceberg in the North Atlantic on her maiden voyage and sank; in 1916, Britannic struck a mine and sank in the Kea Channel in Greece. Britannic never served her intended role as a passenger ship, instead serving as a hospital ship during the First World War.

My favorite thing about this ship is that it sunk a German U-boat. Yes, that's right, she rammed a submarine and sunk it! Here's the story.
In the early hours of 12 May 1918, while en route for France with U.S. troops under the command of Captain Hayes, Olympic sighted a surfaced U-boat 500 m (1,600 ft) ahead.Olympic's gunners opened fire at once, and the ship turned to ram the submarine, which immediately crash dived to 30 m (98 ft) and turned to a parallel course. Almost immediately afterwards Olympic struck the submarine just aft of her conning tower with her port propeller slicing through U-103's pressure hull. The crew of U-103 blew her ballast tanks, scuttled and abandoned the submarine. Olympic did not stop to pick up survivors, but continued on to Cherbourg. Meanwhile, USS Davis had sighted a distress flare and picked up 31 survivors from U-103. Olympic returned to Southampton with at least two hull plates dented and her prow twisted to one side, but not breached. It was subsequently discovered that U-103 had been preparing to torpedo Olympic when she was sighted, but the crew were not able to flood the two stern torpedo tubes.[97] For his service, Captain Hayes was awarded the DSO. Some American soldiers on board paid for a plaque to be placed in one of Olympic's lounges to commemorate the event, it read:

This tablet presented by the 59th Regiment United States Infantry commemorates the sinking of the German submarine U103 by Olympic on May 12th 1918 in latitude 49 degrees 16 minutes north longitude 4 degrees 51 minutes west on the voyage from New York to Southampton with American troops...

Her design is mainly a copy and paste of RMS Titanic 2020 with a few differences. I decided that if she's going to be a Olympic class vessel, then she has to stand out.
See that medal by her starboard anchor, that's the DSO or Distinguished Service Order. Despite that it should of been worn on her breast, I put it by the anchor so it was more visible. Even though it looks more ridiculous being there, sorry. I'm planning on making a Dazzle Camo version of her eventually when I get the chance. Now back to Olympic, I gave her long hair and made her athletic and have some muscle on her since I view her as being the toughest of the 3 sisters, which is flexing her muscles for you all. I didn't want Olympic sickly muscular, she still had to has sex appeal too. The 400 tattooed on her arm represents her yard number where she was built. Her smaller breast size represents her being the shortest of her sisters, each sister built after her got bigger than the other. Guess that's why Titanic is more bustier than Olympic, can't imagine how busty Britannic is.

As for her her personality, I can see her have a responsible motherly attitude who's willing to even take on a aircraft carrier in a fist fight to defend someone. I also think she would be every U-boat's worst nightmare. But, then again, I see her being a total clutz due to the fact she hit HMS Hawke, HMAT Wandilla, and of course, U103. She would probably be suffering from depression caused by the sinking of her two younger sisters, especially Titanic, who she was supposed to rescue that night. Guess with having finished Olympic and Titanic, there's finally some closure. As for HMHS Britannic, you guys have to wait til tomorrow for her.

I enjoyed making rebuilding this ship from the keel, up and I hope you enjoy this second gift to you all on Titanic Week 2020. As for the lovely RMS Olympic, everyone, pour yourself your favorite drink, either alcoholic or not, and toast in Honor and the Glory of Old Reliable.

Thank you for the support, it means a lot to me, its fellow artists who help me keep drawing, and for that I thank you.
so until then, if you are new to my deviantArt page, do me a favor, brutalize that watch button. Much appreciated.
Til next time, Keep Rippin' N' Tearin

Update: Forgot to mention she pulled a GTA hit 'n run on the Nantucket Lightship in her twilight days of her service, bringing her kill streak to 2 and damaged 2.

Humanized RMS Olympic looks amazing!

PS = tomorrow and the day after tomorrow will be the 108th anniversary of the sinking of the Titanic. Will there be a tribute drawing to the Titanic?

Well then again, she also towed a warship for a while before it sunk from battle damage. Thankfully it didn’t drag Old Reliable down with it. I can see her being a show off too.
