Here we can see the every rivalship of Disney and Dreamworks:

But who could fight for the two studios? Now I found two fighters, who replaces Disney and Dreamworks.
They are:
Shrek
Shrek is a grumpy ogre, but he likes his friends and his family.
Skills: Shrek has the strength of an ogre which is shown to be much more then that of an ordinary man, being able to smash wood and metal, lift tremendously heavy objects, and also has an incredibly loud roar that scares away humans. Shrek has shown a proficiency in various wrestling and fighting skills, incredibly agility, so much so that he can easily defeat multiple armored guards with only his bare hands.
The Beast (Beauty and the Beast)
Once he was a proud prince, but a enchantress transformed him into a terrible beast. The fearful spell can only be broken when he truly learns to love - and can earn the love of another. But who can love a beast?
Skills: The beast is able to pick up and carry full grown men. He is able to move faster than ordinary humans. He is also able to heal faster from minor to moderate injuries than ordinary humans. The beast can also fight with razor-sharp claws and fangs.
Which studio will get the trophy?

I'm pretty sure that they would fight, their wives stop the fight and ending up becoming neighbors (but not like Ned and Homer, more like Bush and Homer, with one being rich and stern and the other being middle class and rash, but in the end they are friends).

but even when that will be happen, who would have been the better chances to win here in your opinion and why?

Shrek because:
-Unlike Beast he actually had serious fights before (armored knights, dragon, witches, angry mobs, pirates and trees...) and knows to fight. Also, although Beast, being a noble, probably knows fencing and hunting, and being Beast having enhanced natural instincts, Shrek is literally a heavy-weight wrestler.
-He's quite strong and demonstrates his strength, unlike Beast whose only feat was outmatching just a dude (and although Gaston can break a belt around his neck and lift a wooden bench, I doubt he's stronger than Gregor Clegane or Nolanverse Bane. I would have also included Ruber, but he killed a dragon with his bare hand and is crazy, so I'm pretty sure not even Shrek could kill him).
-He's also pretty damn savvy and lower class-smart, so if Beast tries the cliche move of outsmarting the brute he'll end up being the brute and Shrek will end up like Bond or Indy.
And other facts that may or may not count.
-DONKEH!
-Belle never really fought anything, whereas Fiona kicked all the asses of Robin Hood and the Merry Men (included Friar Tuck, which was strange since all he did was providing music with the accordion and chasing her to keep the music).
-Puss in Boots and Dragon. Just Puss in Boots and Dragon.
-Also, soundtrack. Beast has emotive music to represent his sadness and pain. Shrek has epic Smash Mouth songs that make clear that he's happy how he is. All Star is also much more memorable.
Now, how do you think they would be like like neighbors (with Beast still a beast and his castle magically transported to Duloc, which is quite close to Shrek's swamp)?

ich mag das Biest lieber ^^
außerdem hat shrek weder krallen noch kräftige zähne und nur mit unausstehlichkeit kommt er beim biest nicht weiter. wenn es allerdings um diese disziplin geht (unausstehlichkeit) läuft es wohl auch gleichstand hinaus

Tee hee call it nostalgia. I'm a huge beauty and the beast fan I make them win by default. I know its not fair, but I couldn't help it. Beauty and the beast is my favorite.

Also I want to add that The Beast is my favorite because of how in the little moments you see him as a vulnerable creature who has a deep fear of becoming a monster not just in body but in mind. Seeing when he said "its hopeless." when I was small it made me feel surprised that I felt so sorry for him and when he was with Belle and how he changed he did because he wanted to not because someone tamed him. I never saw that Belle tamed him, I saw him change because he was treated kindly and was thanked, something that no one had ever said to him.
When you're on top of the world you get praised and always get what is handed you because of money or in that case royality, but you are never the person to give back, so when you do and that person thanks you or does something for you its a new feeling, it's both confusing but it is also a release.
If that makes sense. That's the way I can explain it.

Das Biest ist auf jeden Fall sehr stark, aber Shreks Stärke kenn ich nicht so gut. Vielleicht geb ich den Biest meine Stimme.
