I love Aslan and i love what he represents in the movies and books so...i had to do this! ^^dont care if you are Christian or not so, please dont put religious comments on here if they are going against mine because i believe what i believe and you believe what you want...plain and simple

I love Aslan, and how he represents Jesus Christ in both the books and the movies, and, though I am absolutely in love with the movies, I do dislike how they don't put much religious stuff in there like the book includes. I think it's because of the government, though. And it breaks my heart how that beautiful boy, Edmund Pevensie (aka Skandar Keynes) is an atheist. ;-( It's sooooo sad! I love this picture, and I love how you're not afraid to stand up for what you believe in, just like me. The talent that you so obviously have to have drawn this is absolutely overwhelming. I love it! Good job; keep up the great work!!!!!!

SPOILER ALERT - just in case no one has seen the movie or read the book yet.
In Voyage of the Dawn Treader, I loved when he appeared at the end and told Lucy that in their world, he's known by 'Another Name'. That just...really made me feel good. Because a long time ago I used to think - he's the God and Jesus of Narnia, I mean sure he represents Jesus from Christianity, but he's still the god of a different world. But then - at the end of Dawn Treader, when he said that, it made me realize that he is just a form taken by Jesus during his time in Narnia. And it could all be true; God could've made hundreds of thousands of different dimensions...And all of them basically tell the same story. It's all the same God...
I've yet to read the final Narnia books, so I don't know what will happen. But when I die and if I go to Heaven and meet Jesus...I hope he appears before me as a Lion. That's how Beautiful Aslan is to me...

Events in Narnia kinda reflect certain bible stories. "Magican's Nephew"(spoiler) in the garden Judas offers the boy the apple of life which reeflects Genisses with Adam & Eve.

and isnt Jesus intimidating in a way...some people dont want to know him because the idea of someone who is bigger, stronger, and better then you is a little scary and intimadating

I feel the same way. Kind of like a parent to a kid. The way the parent thinks is some what unatainable to a kid. The parent also is benovelent and I get that feeling from Aslan or Jesus Christ.

i know i barely know you but i wanted to mention it to someone who seems to know what their talking about ^^
i have been recently falling out of my faith and i was reading my bible and doing devotions today and i am starting to feel like im coming back in...i just hope i dont fall out again (i have a habit of doing so to a point where i read my bible daily then every other day until i almost never do and then i start going back to daily...its so difficult) any advice i could use. ive talked to God about it but i would like a voice of a someone else as well
and i wanted to mention a book thats been helping me reshape my faith. Do Hard Things by Alex and Brett Harris. just thought i would mention it

I'm honored that you would share this with me,(I'm not a bible fanatic; sadly)but I think I know a good story.
Their is a story in the bible where a Son decides to leave his Father. The Son asks the Father for money and leaves. The Son spends all his money on partys, and soon goes broke. He is forced to work as a pig keeper. He remembers his life with his father and is sad for what he gave up. He's sure that his dad would be angry with him so when he arrives at his Dad's home he kneels at his father's feet and begs forgiveness. The Father was not angry in fact he simply embraced his son and wept with him.
I think the moral is that life is hard without God. The Father loved his Son no matter what; and welcomed him back home. I think God will always welcome you no matter what you do. He will always love you.(a big revelation for me)and you always have a home. I hope this lightens your spirit.
