This is a dragon I designed for artfreakschallenge on instagram. The prompt was, simply, "Dragon".
I really wanted to create a dragon that was based on ancient creatures, since dragons are often ancient beings themselves in stories.
Therefore I chose to use the features of sharks and crocodiles when designing this look.
I should probably have used references for this, but I like using the images I have in my mind and see if I can get a likeness from that.
It is a challenge, and I find out what creatures/objects/poses etc. I need to look at more to embed them fully in my "mind library".
I really hope you like this design, I am quite happy with it if I'm honest
This dragon lives in water, and in space. It eats whatever it comes across.
