Reconstruction of the putative ur-mollusc, Kimberella quadrata, compared with the bilateratans Temnoxa molluscula, and Solza margarita. K. quadrata is known from Precambrian marine strata in Australia and Russia.

Critics doubt that it is a mollusc, but, I would think the feeding traces demonstrating it having a radula would be irrefutable evidence in my opinion.
