This is a beautiful representation of the yin yang symbol. I like the little swirls you've added inside. Also I love you made Hiccups eyelashes and hair look. It's really cool, their postions too. It should be pretty simple. That slight starfield effect that you have behind Toothless could be expanded and used as a base layer.

Looks like a symbolic Yin and Yang sort of image. It gives the image more of an Asian feel to it. I like the way you experiment with different styles.
