This looks pretty cool!
Quick question: If you use this, do you have to submit your OC to this group, or is that just an option?

Technically you don't have to submit an OC to this group, but it would be nice if you linked back to the group in the artist's description.

hi uh... I'm just asking some tips if my OC is a synthetic human/android that a scientist created, what should I write for her background?

You need to write who this scientist was and what was its original purpose. Also write the kind of technology that was involved with its creation. It would be useful if you wrote about its early stages of development/life and what it's doing in the Marvel universe currently.

Hi, can I ask some questions about this form?

OK, I'd like to submit my character from my fanfic. My problem is the questions: "Who's their enemy?" In the story, she's obviously facing an enemy, but she doesn't know who it is exactly, and it is going to be revealed towards the end. Thing is, I'm not close to writing the last part of the story, and I don't want anyone to know who the enemy is right now. So my question is, what should I put under that question?
Also, what should I put under "voice" and "quote"?

hm, in that case, you can write a special note under that header explaining that the enemy is currently unknown to the character in question.
for voice, you can either describe what you think she'd sound like or compare her voice to that of an actor's. as for quote, you simply come up with a quotation that she would say that portrays something significant to her character/story/personality. for example, a feminist female superhero would have a quote that relates to her feminist side or something of the sort. you can always google up some quotes!
if you have any other questions regarding this form, please do not hesitate to ask C:

Hmmm....the character I submitted has all/most of this info (my character bio layout is very similar to the one shown in the journal) in the artists description of the pic I submitted. Do I have to write it again using the above form?, or will mods be okay with just reading what I wrote in the artists description of the picture of the OC that I have already submitted to this group? (still awaiting approval).

To make it easier on the mods, it's better if you do the OC application. After all, everyone's done it. You can still use the same picture though, we don't really mind.

Sounds simple enough, do I write it here, or make my own Bio?

Quote is something that your character says a lot or lives by. For example, my character's is "'I'd like to see things your way, but I'm not sure if I can stick my head that far up my ass." Usually, a quote is something that signifies your character's personality.
Outlook is like... Are they positive? Negative? Indifferent? For example, a character may have a positive outlook on love, but a negative one on life in general.
A guilty pleasure is something your character absolutely loves that would probably be super out-of-character for them. However, a guilty pleasure is not meant to be shared, it's something that a character will do in the privacy of their own homes.
