Well for starters, this is a very striking photo. Your eyes are very captivating and really are beautiful. I like the lighting, a little washed out but in a good way. One thing I'm not real big on are your lips. The shape and tention there is good but to be honest I dont like the color. The rest of the picture has this very beautiful pale look to it [except in your eyes that pierce right through with is awesome] its the color i dont like. I'm really picky about technial things in photos and when I look at your lips I see the bottom line on your lower lip isnt smooth and the color just dosnt seem to fit, and it also distracs from your eyes which is the best part of the picture. I would have done a soft pink, just enough color to see you actually have lips but no so much that it pulls away from youe intense stare. But that is the only thing I can really say negatively. Great Lighting, Good posture, love the hair and the eyes as I'v mentioned. Over all very nicely done. Good Job!
To explian my stars a little, Self Portraits are done a lot which is why I scored low in Originality. [which isnt a bad thing really, esp because your SP is better then most I see] But I believe the rest are pretty fair and self explainitory :]

This is very powerful for a portrait picture. The look at the camera is the best focus on this photo, but I guess a little emotion on the lips would not actually hurt. Also, it would've been nice if the head had not been partially cropped out.
The lights are interesting in this one. I think it works well as cold, but a warmer one might be also nice to see.
