Fan lore: "To become the Dragon God, all other styles of martial arts must be conquered... but what must one sacrifice to unlock the true potential of God Fist?

Feng finally understood what he needed to do to abide by the God Fist Scrolls and unlock his true potential as the sole practitioner left for God Fist. He gave up his iron weights (used to prevent killing blows against his opponents that the God Fist's brutality tended to inflict) in favor of adorning a mystical relic called the Dragon Armlets.

Defeating masters of other martial arts and learning their styles was not enough -- When the God Fist Scrolls said to "conquer their styles", it also meant absorbing the inner Qi found amongst these warriors onto himself.

The Dragon Armlets aided in controlling these foreign Qi. Feng's old training grounds in the high mountains were a perfect place to handle the stress associated with the new power he was cultivating. The sky always seemed to blacken whenever he attempted to harness the full extent of his Qi, as if hinting to Feng that he was on the right path to becoming "Shinken", the personification of God Fist itself.

For those elite warriors who dare cross Feng's path, there is a fate far worse than death waiting for them."
