Rules to have design:

-you can use a dragon as your own character, choose a name, gender, element, skills, history and personality

So I have to refer my commissioners here to use as reference? I was also under the impression that I would get a png file when I adopted this adopt, it's how I have been purchasing them. This is the first time some one have said they no longer have the file!

There's not a word that I add files to bought designs. You can download original resolution here. I'm not giving away .psd, ever. Before you bought it you should've asked if I add anything in the first place, and no I don't add anything. Design of a dragon is owner by person who bought it under condition that person will paint it myself. I can send you your points back but in the future think twice before you write something and read description and if you're not sure about something ask.

Yes, I should have asked, but it would have been cordial of you, as the seller, post what the person is buying or not buying, so there wouldn't be any misunderstanding on either side.
No, you can keep the points. No problem. Like I said, next time I buy from you I will ask if there is a file to go with the art. LOL

If you can't, then I would like to have a refund since I was considering that I would get a file to something I adopted, not have to come here all the time. Although the quality is exceptional and the artwork is outstanding, there is no way for me to see the full visuals of my adopt, after all, this shows how magnificent it is, but the small preview you have is rather limited in view.
Also, it is my fault for assuming that I would receive a file with the adopt. I will ask the next time I bid. Lesson learned. Perhaps you should as well post to your clients that you no longer have the files as to not have this occurrence happen again. Thank you for your time and await for your reply.
