I scanned this ages ago, and I think I forgot to post it...

Thinking back, I think this is the first time I've actually uploaded a picture of this character. His name is Damien, and he's probably my weirdest character. His mother died when he was a baby and left him with his superstitious, violent father and the doll he carries. As he got older, he began to claim to hear the doll speaking to him, telling him that it knew a way to bring his mother back. When his father found out, he immediately fashioned an impromptu straightjacket out of a t-shirt and some belts, threw his son in the basement, and locked the door. No one in the town they lived in saw him again until five years later, when a few people claimed to have seen a little boy with a doll walking past their windows.

His father was found dead the next morning.

The incident became a local talking point for some time. No one ever found out whether the doll actually spoke to him, or whether he was just insane. Some even speculated that he had starved to death in that basement, and that what they saw that night had been a ghost, or even a corpse posessed by this supposedly magical doll.

Which is true?

You'll just have to guess. Because I'm not going to say anymore because it'll start revealing too much of my plot. :<
