Ducks doing what ducks do, eating, poking, and quacking. These ducks are staying in the shade by a small creek to keep cool from the hot summer sun. The ducks in China usually become a nice barbecue snack after they are big and fat, no doubt these ducks here will soon be an afternoon snack for someone.During the 5-1 holiday many people travel around China, I did some traveling to a few small towns in the country side and shot a bunch of photos, stay tuned for more.

what we observe as a cute creature is, at the same time when you think that they are, they are served as snack. i somehow feel the melancholic atmosphere rushed through. great capture.
