This was done by my love, Tony. I'm putting it up here because I was the one who inked and colored it!

Presenting His Holiness, Pope Abel Nightroad! My girlfriend and her sister laughed when I suggested this occupation for everyone's favorite assassin of Edward Cullen, but both loved the finished product. I was inspired by a picture of Pope Alessandro easily found by a Google Image search, but I've made several little changes here and there, as well as some important real-life Papal adornments.

1.) The crosses on the shoulder portions of the cape were inspired by painting of St. Peter I found on wikipedia.
2.) I have replaced the rather simplistic Papal Miter with a strong and decadent Papal Tiara, including all three crown layers! Take that, you wimpy, liberal Pontiffs!
3.) The Ring of the Fisherman, a must for all Bishops of Rome, is included on Pope Abel's right hand.
4.) Pope Abel carries the traditonal three tiered Papal Cross, and the symbol of the Vatican (the crossed keys, symbolizing Jesus giving the keys of Heaven to St. Peter) are pictured on the sides of his cape, as well as the three tiered cross integrated into that design as well.
