This is really good try adding unsharp mask...
In Photoshop, go to Filter > Sharpen > Unsharp Mask.
It looks really cool with high detail...

Wow, at first, I thought this was hand-drawn becayse of how... well, the floor below the sneakers is clean. This somehow really added to the hand-drawn look.
