We have yet to come up with a name for the dress. The print looks like sketchy Eiffel Towers XD Any ideas?

Its very rare to fine pigtails and lolita mixed together both my favorite things. this is not a average favorite this one is going to the top of my list.
there are very few that get to the top of my favorites list and i have alot of favorites. i think even a llama merits credit for this one.
