Description Surprisingly, this one was very hard technically. The decision to not make a base complicated matters, and it seemed like every body part was always threatening to fall off. And they followed through on that promise when, in the oven, both wings and Banjo's head crumbled off. Krazy Glue helped to revive the piece, but the damage is obvious.
Anyway, I'd been wanting to do Banjo and Kazooie for a while now but never got around to it.

i love this! but, for the real banjo figure, they never put kazzoie for it, becaue banjo kazzoie was going to be made before diddy kong racing, but on hold because due to the lack of time.

This is really awesome!

It's a shame pieces came off of it, though good thing they could were reattached. I know how it goes, I made a clay figure, a spider. The legs were so fragile they kept breaking off before it was fired and after. Crazy glue was my friend then lol.

When I thought about my spider, I looked at Kazzoie's wings, those feathers look extremely fragile. I would keep this figure well protected, it's just too awesome not to keep out of harms reach.

You did a good job! The time, effort, and detail is evident.

Holly crap, that's impressive! Is that sculpey clay? I made a B-K sculpture as well, except he's sitting, rather than standing. It must've been hard to make him stand up, cause of how fragile it is. Awsome job!

yup, everything I do is sculpey. and it would have been nearly impossible to stand up without the wire armature inside XD

It's the same thing I tell everybody who asks me to do something "easy" like Banjo-Kazooie, Yoshi or something of the like. The simpler the design, the more obvious small imperfections are going to be. If you do something as complex as your Meta-Ridley for example, it might not be perfect but it doesn't matter because the overall piece is so overwhelming.
