Yeah, I'm not so good at naming stuff...After I added the vest, he reminded me of prom so...yeah...
Anyways, I hadn't used my markers in a while so I decided to try using them! Also, I haven't sketched on actual paper in a while so it was nice to do a drawing on paper! Nothing beats the felling of pencil on paper!
I don't usually draw characters with the excessively curvy or bendy arms, but I just wanted to try something new and give it a go.
I'm not really sure what style I was going for, but to me it looks like the base design could have come from the Fairly Odd Parents with just a sprinkle of the Invader Zim style, at least in the head shape.
Hmm. I just can't seem to develop one style to draw in because I always get bored and start drawing in a slightly different style! But that's okay I guess.
I'm pretty happy with how this one came out! It's not perfect, but I'm glad the colors came out the way I wanted. Actually, it looks better after being scanned. The original skin color was just a bit too pink.
I'm very happy with this character, he's just great.
