Happened to me too... Larissa (my clefairy) used metronome and it was explosion!lets just say,if pokemon were real my clefairy would be a horrifying mess.

I used to get very lucky with metronome and get super powerful moves, usually exclusive to legendary Pokemon. Now I only ever get stat raising moves among the occasional Volt Tackle or Aura Sphere.

I found a shiny Gravler once it used self destruct...

lol I found a shiny Geodude and I used my Master Ball because I didn't want that to happen (first and only non-event shiny I'd found).

It was annoying to look so hard for a shiny pokemon but it HAD to use sel destruct! at least I have some luck on the shiny pokemon area I found a shiny Trapinch once
