Girls and boys, this is Stranger Things' mash-up week at The Line it is Drawn!The original suggestion was about DeMatteis and Giffen writing Stranger Things as they did with the "bwa ha ha" Justice League International. Not much for writing this time, but I did want to homage the classic cover of the first issue.
And I absolutely love the second season, perhaps even more than the first one. Even episode 7 is good, shut up.

I'm a little weirded out by how many kids like Stranger Things but have never heard of Steven Spielberg or Stephen King. Great art by the way.

Works in theory, when I was a kid and I came across something good it would inspire me to learn more, most of the kids (and when I say kids I mean nineteen year olds) I know don't have a natural curiosity about anything. I don't think this is a generational thing (i.e. the old man who says "kids these days are so dumb...") I think it's a people thing; most people don't seek out knowledge, there are very few people who pick up books or watch documentaries to learn stuff just for the sake of knowing stuff.

It has good reviews and I think is on its second season. I loved the original trilogy so I am sure it is worth it. :3
