Niiiice use of silhouetting and overlapping dark/light forms! Excellent way to outline the subject without using an overstated outline. I love vector art that does that, it's the special trait of that medium, isn't it?

Cropping at the ankle was a bad idea, though. Makes her seem "broken," and judging from her mischeivous, free-spirited, yet honest expression, that's not appropriate.

The lacy flowers on her skirt are a nice design, excellent repetition of that motif as it appears in the background.
