Description
Flint serves as the Helmsman for Komodo’s ship and is one of his top men. He has a very serious demeanor and dislikes any sort of nonsense on the ship of any kind. He prefers to avoid parties thrown by the crew and keep to himself. He’s not very personable to say the least but is completely loyal to Komodo and the way of the Crossbone.These are sketches of new characters as drawn by AndrewMartinD . Their complete versions will be drawn sometime down the road by @bluepices97 . They will have an important role and will make their debut in the third Nightriders story The Kidnappings and if their reception is good, I’d like to give them their own stories. All of these are Crossbone Pirates, loyal to Captain Komodo and each other.

He's got a pretty cool design. I love those pants. It would be neat to see the sword and gun detail though. Is he going into a comic or is it just a visual for a story?

I wouldn't call it a comic, but he's part of an illustrated series I'm writing known as The Crossbone Chronicles. The idea is for these to eventually be published into a fully illustrated book.
You can read them here on deviantart. I upload the art as the main file and put the chapter of the scene depicted in the description. This is the way I upload all of my stories.
The first story was titled Havoc in Hawksburg and can be read in entirety with the illustrations here.

The Crossbone Pirates are the reptilian protagonists of these stories and have more in common with freedom fighters against an oppressive Empire than actual pirates. They're more pirates in dress and theme than anything else.
They are also included in the same universe of my other series known as the Nightriders which focuses on an anthro heavy metal band so they make appearances there from time to time as well.
