i think in the andof this arc he will turn back to normal ( mean with the shinigami unifor and stuff)
But i have a question
WHY HE DIDN'T DO THE SAME THING IN THE FIRST CHAPTER/ANIME WITH RUKIA OR SOMEONE ELSE I MEAN THATS HOW HE COULD ALOSO GET HIS POWERS

yeah you may be right, but if ichigo had got his power in this way, rukia shouldn't be punished for giving him his powers and aizen couldn't be able to find her in the real world so the arc soul society should be done after ... i think ^^'
