This drawing looks amazing! It has a very nice pastel and warm palette, which helps show her personality. The use of color in her eyes also helps it shine through. The hair is very intricate and shading is done delightfully. And the thin lineart is really nice, too! It helps bring out the colors. The chibi style used on her makes her look more adorable, and the little "hi" is also a very nice touch. Small details like the marking on her right ear also help make the drawing unique. The use of wiggle frames in the animation changing the thickness of the lines also helps the little animation look and feel more alive. The mouth also moves a little, which makes it look more realistic when you consider the fact that she is technically talking. I also like how a few strands of hair are flying out the sides.
However, there's one nitpick I have. The eyes look a little strange compared to the rest of the drawing. They appear to be more pixelated, and they look kind of strange when put together with the rest of the drawing. The middle frame also looks kind of squished. However, I think it can be fixed with a quick redraw.
Overall, it's a very nice drawing. If you touched up the eyes a little, it could become even better!

No problem! Maybe look over a couple things, and you can de-pixelate them? It's still a really amazing animation either way!
