Once there was a little girl called Clarissa, she was ten-years-old and she lived in a mental hospital, because she killed her mom and her dad. She got so bad she went to kill all the staff in the hospital so the More-government decided that best idea was to get rid of her so they set up aSPECIALROOM to kill her, as humane as possible but it went wrong the machine they were using went wrong. And she sat there in agony for hours until she died.
Now every week on the day of her death she returns to the person that reads this letter, on a monday night at 12:00a.m. She creeps into your room and kills you slowly, by cutting you and watching you bleed to death.

i read luarances page on the aphmau wiki and it says in the trivia that jess posted a twitter post (that was deleted) saying laurance is gonna be a main villan in MCD S3 ;-;
chances are he turns good again tho near the end of the season or something like that

When I read "Main villain" my heart stopped. I expected it but... Poor, poor Laurance. He was only doing his job! He sacrificed himself for a lord.... His love.... And now he can't escape his fate. He had to distance himself from her, from everyone, just because he LOVED someone, and it was dangerous. If he really is a villain and stays a villain, I'm not sure if I'd be able to take it, no matter how much of a pussy I sound.
But it kinda links to one of my theories.
Laurance inherits Shad's relic. It seems like things are going that way, and by that way I mean Laurance has the same fate as Shad.
Aaron is dead. We can't change that. His child.... Well, who knows. Maybe there will be a time skip... (Dear Irene, please no), but if Garroth is forced to kill Laurance, or maybe even Aphmau....

Honestly, I think Laurance is only gonna be a main villan in Season 3 and only in Season 3. Knowing Jess, she's probably gonna make it so then he snaps to his senses at the last second and turns on everyone in the Nether.
And as sad as it is, this might be a good thing too. Having the role as main villain might give Laurance a chance for more character development and we might be able to see more of him since he kept vanishing in MCD and is still missing in MyStreet (just a hunch, but i have a feeling he's gonna return on episode 20). Heck, we might even be able to get stuff in his POV! Plus, I have a feeling he's gonna be a funny but dark villan. It honestly would make MCD S3 the best Season yet xD
As for your theory, I agree in the most part. At the same time though, I kinda wanna add onto it:
Chances are though that the unborn baby is gonna get to Shad's relic first, but we also have to remember that Shad is also the Shadow Lord. According to Sasha in S2 EP15 the Divine Warriors took fragments of Shad's power and spread it accross the Overworld in relics. These include the Cerberus Staff, the Red Talasman, the Moonlight Ward, the Wyvern Lair sword, etc. Laurance honestly has more similarities to Shad than Aaron, so chances are he's gonna get one of those relics if he gets a relic at all. But judging by where his character is going, it's highly likely to happen. (I personally think he would get the Moonlight Ward. It just sounds cool)
Plus, there's a possibility that Laurance is also a descendant of Shad. According to Hyria, Shad had CHILDREN with a mortal, not a child. Yeah, Zianna (i think it was her?) mentioned that the last known family descended from Shad was the Falcon Claw family, but think about it like this:
Laurance is an orphan. A lot of people seem to forget this in Laurmau fanfiction occasionally, but that's not important right now. Judging by what we know about Laurance, I think it's pretty safe to assume that he witnessed the deaths of his family. I say family because if like an uncle were alive or something, they would've just taken Laurance in when his parents died. So chances are everyone in his bloodline except for him is dead. And not just that, but if he wasn't born in Meteli (which also judging by his character is highly unlikely) then his whole village might've been wiped out. And that sucks. Especially if you were there and only like five or six but old enough to understand what was going on.
Okay, let's not focus on my stupid head cannons that are probably not true and onto the theory:
If Laurance really did witness his family die and there were no other members of his family alive, then this makes him the sole survivor of the family. But due to the fact that he's an orphan and spent a good few years of his life in an orphanage, chances are nobody knew that Laurance was alive and well...physicially anyways. (I mean, witnessing your parents and everyone you care about die has got to affect you for the rest of your life.) And anyone who did know the family in some way just assumed he was dead since everyone else had died somehow. The only possible person that could've known he was alive is Ungrth. Laurance did mention in S1 EP37 that Ungrth had been in his family for generations, so it would make sense if he was talking about his biological family. But, since everyone else thought that anyone who had blood from the Zvahl family (let's just assume that it's his last name for now) was dead, it wouldn't make sense for Zianna/Hyria/anyone to mention that they were descendants of Shad, if I'm correct. They're all supposed to be dead, so why even bother mentioning them?
Man, that would also make Laurance and Aaron related... along with Aph's unborn baby... Huh.
Either way, it is still possibile that Laurance is onnected to Shad/The Shadow Lord in some way. Honestly, the only similarities aaron and Shad had were looks and they're family. Laurance and SHad have much more similarites. So it's highly likely that Laurnace is connected to him in some way, possibly through family bloodline. Who knows, maybe if he gets a relic that contains some of Shad's power(i still think that if that happens it'll be the Moonlight Ward), he might serve as a physical body for the Shadow Lord. That would be terrifying O_o

Don't worry, I'm very passionate when it comes to Laurance. I protect him not matter what! Well, killing people isn't good, but hating on ships, (Because that's the main reason why some people like characters), sucks, especially when people say "Laurance is such an asshole" without thinking of why. Laurance has a very valid reason why all this bull happens to him.
And yes, I do think Laurance witnessed his family's deaths, even if he was a small child/infant, I think he was BARELY old enough to remember them, or doesn't quite understand death yet, due to the Halloween special, where I believe he was asking for his parents. Was he? Or was he saying "I don't have parents?" I'm not too sure XD
Also, your point on how Zianna said FC had the last KNOWN descendants of Shad, is a very good one. Laurance probably isn't aware of it himself, being raised in Meteli, so it does make some sense. O'kasis probably would know about things like mass killings, if the Z'val's were head of a village, so for her to only know the FC's were the last known descendants would be reasonable.
About Shard's relic. You are correct, they spread out the pieces, but I think there is a possibility if Laurance really is the antagonist, he may go out to find them. The third season might be a quest for the relics, and to build up Aphmau's new capital. That could be where they clash

I also hate it when people hate on Laurnance or the Laurmau ship. It was already bad enough with all the hate for the Aarmau shippers, but now Laurmau shippers are beign attacked. It honestly sucks in my opinion.
Personally, I think Laurnace might've been around 5 or 6 when his parents died. He would be a bit young to understand death and all the dark stuff to its full extent, but old enough to know what was going on. I mean, even as an infant that memory would be burned in his head forever. Kinda sucks for him.
I also agree with what the plot of Season 3 might be. As children of the Shadow Lord, the goal of the Shadow Knights is to revive the Shadow Lord so he can rule the Overworld or something like that. So chances are that Laurance is gonna team up with the other Shadow Knights in the Nether and attempt to find a way to revive the Shadow Lord. And since he also knows about the relics with fragments of his power, chances are Laurance is gonna seek them out.
Having the home/main base of the Phoenix Alliance completed would also probably be a goal in Seaosn 3 as well, like you said. Honestly, I wanna see what the village looks like when it's done. And then maybe in the process Aphmau or someone goes down to the prison and realizes Michi and Sasha have been broken out and she realizes Laurance is missing as well. I just have a feeling that in the first like 10 episodes in Aph's POV, and then we get quite a few episodes partially in Laurance's POV. It just would make sense.
I also just realized that we might learn a lot about Laurance in Season 3. If you think about it, he's one of the most mysterious characters. 2 Seasons and all we know is that he was an orphan that was taken in by Hayden at one point in his life (i'm just gonna assume he was 10 when he was adopted since in PDH Laurance mentione being "homeschooled" for most of elementary school). Heck, we even found out about Aaron's past in S1 EP94 (for anyone that forgot, aaron explained what one of the amulets did to his village to aphmau and laurance. he just left out the lord of falcon claw part)! So hopefully if we do get stuff in Laurance's POV we might get flashbacks or something and be able to find out more about him.

And is he still an orphan in My Street? I think he might be.... The only problem is that even though the only time we've seen Garte was in My Street, even then they don't go into serious topics, so it's unlikely we'll ever see them, or hear of them there.
And yeah, I think some episodes in Laurance's POV would be amazing, and some Garroth, (And maybe Travis and Katelyn ect) episodes might be from their POV, but we'll see.
(And yeah they should at least give us SOME hints about Laurance's parents! I'm so intrigued!)
