Personal Information: Likes his privacy and stays away from the crowd. Prefers doing missions alone even when given a team to work with, he just strays away and finishes the job as he please. Keeps his unamused facial expression to keep others from approaching him. You can't really tell what's going on in his mind, 'cause he's can sometimes go a little overboard with the teasing. He usually acts gentle around females, unless you catch him in a bad mood.
Likes: Being alone, gazing in a distance, staying on treetops/caves/forest/void, silence, teasing
Dislikes: Crowd, Humans (Backstory...?), Water, Big bodies of water (actually scared of it...not so tough now, are ya, Stark?)
Additional Information:
He can change the properties of his fur to his advantage, from offense (Turns into spikey metal), to defense (fur hardens downwards, like an armor). When exposed to too much water, his metal fur burns off and turns black, before turning rusty, which makes it harder for him to move. But his wounds, no matter how severe, as long as he gets to sleep it off for 24 hours straight, it will heal up.
Unlike other dark types, the move 'Dark Void' only makes their opponents go into a deep sleep filled with nightmares. While he can use his like how Darkrai does, teleporting to places with it. And if he does put someone in the void, they not only see their worst nightmares, they're actually seeing their worst possible future. (Don't look now, but he usually tries to prevent that outcome, unless he hates you~)
Fun facts:
- He keeps his fur in a hardened spikey texture when not in battle
- His fur is actually (unbelievably) really soft and fluffy!
(Only one person has ever felt it, but didn't live to tell the tale... again backstory)
- He wasn't always this...unfeeling? (is that the word?)
- People who get on his bad side, tend to disappear (if ya know what I mean >: )), he drags them to the dark void to rot
- If he gives you so much as a smirk, you must be either really special to him or you're about to die
- He can't swim... and therefore hates water, but for some reason likes weak rainy days (emo much? XD)
- Has a bit of a problem with authority
- Whenever water comes to contact with his metalic fur, it makes sizzling noises and produces puffs of steam
- Has a soft spot for little kids
- Hates it when people disturb his peace and quiet time.
- Really rude to strangers (plus points if they're male)
- He can be really sweet when it comes to the opposite gender (I don't wanna call it flirty, cause he has no idea about love...)
- Likes to tease (a lot!)
- Can be very territorial with almost anything
- Has trust issues
- He's pretty straight forward most of the time
- Only eats meat
- Growing up in the wild, he has little experience with anything normal people do (like fine dinning, street foods, movies, etc.)
- Easily ticked off (angered I mean)
- Prefers sleeping during the day (But still doesn't consider himself as nocturnal, because sometimes he doesn't sleep at all)
- Can survive for weeks without water. (But only days for food XD )
- Likes staying on trees very much.
- When hungry, he acts all hyperactive and eats the first thing he sees that's made of meat. (In short, he acts drunk XD)
- Very disrespectful to...mostly anything and anyone

Arc was running through the aloe ways of some downtown place. On all fours and quickly padded until the alley way opened up to a street, with lots of cars beeping, store's signs flashing and lots of other chaotic things. He grumbled something under his breath and crawled along the side of a store. The store was full of pokemon eggs, it was some breeder that was auctioning them. Arc's scrambled towards a window that was only open a little. His small arms grabbed it, but his tail hit a garbage can that was outside. it rattled. "Damn." he said jumped from the window and grabbing the wall desperately trying to escape the scene.

Right as the garbage can rattled lightly to Arc's tail, the breeder instantaneously turned around to the sound, darting his eyes back and forth for a brief moment before reverting back to the crowd at his auction. With the lively noise masking most of the sound around it and the packed place filled with random people, it made such an easy score for the skilled thief. Stark could be seen within the crowd, swiftly pick-pocketing people without them noticing at all. Stark flashed a faint grin as he laid his eyes on the pokemon eggs being auctioned. "This is going to be easy." He muttered to himself with a smirk. "Too easy..." He said as he slowly made his way around the crowd towards the eggs.

As the breeder turned around Arc huffed. He hadn't been working as much lately and had lost his touch a bit. He'd need to take most of the missions that the Rockets are giving out If he wanted to gain more respect in the base. He crawled up into the window, sliding through the small opening, which kinda hurt his ears. His pupils grew a little smaller as his gaze sharpened on a Eevee. It wasn't the ordinary Eevee. Maybe he should fort the eggs and grab it. He noticed where it was going, for the eggs. He let out a groan and the fact that it was gonna make him fail his mission made him prepare for battle. He wasn't gonna let this rat get in his way. He used quick attack, rushing through the crowd so fast that most people only felt a breeze. He opened his maw, snarling at the Eevee that he was now side by side with. "Those belong with me, thank you very much." He said with his relaxed facial emotion, which hardly ever changed.

He grinned and spat out blood to his side, before his right arm started to glow a dim white* Lights out, rook. *He smirked and used meteor mash straight down on her head, which was similar to getting hit with a meteor, hence the name "meteor mash"*
