Description Custom Marvel Legends figure of N'Kantu, the Living Mummy.

It's mostly a Carnage figure that I wrapped in threading tape, like you'd use in plumbing or airbrushing. I can't remember where the hands came from, but I think it was an old 1990s Mr. Sinister figure. I sculpted N'Kantu's all new head from scratch. He retains all of the articulation he had as Carnage.

That's a fabulous mod; so much detail! You might want to give him another coat of paint/PVA glue/whatever, as there's a little bit of red/pink showing through the bandages.

Thanks. Yeah I was so anxious to see if the idea of wrapping the figure in tape would work I had to use pink threaded tape because that's all the local store had. And some of the paint inevitably flakes off near the articulation. Consider it a reminder that October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month .

*grins* An excellent explanation! Besides, a splash of colour here and there is a nice punctuation to the white bandages.
