Description
One of the beauties of Iraq is seeing traditional vendors. This man sales Coffee for half a dinar in the street of al-Mutanabbi and wears one of the traditional outfits for Baghdadi people. He puts his black and white Shemagh on his shoulder (the traditional color of Iraqi shemaghs) and wears his Taqiyah (or as it's known in Iraq as "Araqchin") on his head. His coffee dispensers are golden and he has a nameplate that read "Didn't he know that Allah sees?" (الم يعلم بأن الله يرى) and also an image below it of coffee. He was kind enough to pose for the photograph!
