Handsome, arrogant and always wearing his cowboy hat holds the crest of Sincerity and whenever the digivice´s light blade changes colors , his Palmon can go through different forms. When the blade finally became golden, the digimon reaches an alternate, unique Mega form : Joou Rosemon. Since Makoto considers himself as almighty as a king, Palmon feels like his queen

Oh My Data! Joou Rosemon. To me, she look at Empress Rosemon the Queen to all Fairy. Mimi will be very speechless to see another Rosmeon family tree. Of course that Rosemon was confirm in Digimon Tri. Mimi will be shock to see her counterpart and another Palmon. Nova and Ange knows about it, after all they both live in Reality 012 well apart from Ange who usually live in 01 before he was sacrifice by Devimon.
I love it, I absolutely love it. 100/100 excellent jobs on them. King Makoto along with his Queen, JoouRosemon and together they shall bring a royal boot to kick any Digimon in their butts. Because this Digimon is more like Poison Ivy in Batman. I love it!

Mimi will certainly be surprised and this Rosemon´s pink hair is a little homage to 02 Mimi (I loved her pink wig ). Mimi will certainly try to make her own Palmon evolve that way because Mimi will think that Joou Rosemon is the coolest version of a female digimon XD
Nova and Ange adore this Rosemon but not nearly as much as Mirei Mikagura and her girls since this peculiar Rosemon has a huge affinity towards Mastemon.
Makoto is a bit like Mirei, he could be an angel or a demon depending of his mood. And the red and white elements represent the purest and passionate sides of Rosemon, much like the white and dark sides of Mastemon. Rosemon is QUITE the jealous type, like Mastemon so they could easily be bbfs if they happened to hang around more often.
But Tia´s group don´t want Makoto and Mirei hanging around! They are so twisted that it would be like mixing fire and TNT all the way...no, the worlds aren´t ready for that friendship at all!

My my, Who would have ever thought that this Rosemon would have pink hair. Her outfit also seem to be a combination of Lillymon, Normal Rosemon, and Rosemon Burst Mode.
