I really like the volume you gave to the cluster (or is "tufts" the correct expression?) of blossoms and the way the shapes of the individual blossoms are instantly recognizable while at the same time you did not painstakingly draw each and every one of them. They look like you could pick them out of the picture but still maintain an airy lightness about them. Slight drawback: in contrast to the masterly done blossom cluster the leaves seem rather less credible. Especially the leaf veins standing out in stark white look as if they were drawn from the memory/ knowledge of leaves having veins and not from observation of the subject at hand. Still, the blossoms are great!

yeah the leaves. although it was made from life, but seems i'm too lazy to work on leaves. flowers are like a challenge: tricky but interesting, but leaves appear to be too boring job and i always give in. i should stop that and practise them more (:

It's just that this small moment of laziness unnecessarily drags down the rest of the picture, which is a shame. Invest the time and the effort β it's worth it
