Sorry !! xD this is so random and kind of crappy! And... it is actually true... I let my hair dry like that once (while watching Kuroshitsuji), and it kind of freaked me out. o.oohh! I think I'll try that !

You take a bottle of tequila, add a whole sh*tload of Catnip, orange juice, roses, earl grey tea, potatoes, guitar strings, awesomeness and a hair from Sebastian's head, and you let it boil for about one week. Then you've got the base, and could start brewing (from there it's made like regular tequila.)
