I understand that AUs are fun and all but I have to say I am uncomfortable with Spock wearing a headdress (not to mention his clothing) while in your summary you simply put "Indian Spock!"
The clothing he is wearing is very close to common stereotypes made about the many different native cultures being lumped into one group ("Native American Culture" "Indian Culture" when in fact the many different tribes are each individual cultures themselves).
I'm not trying to put you or your drawing down, but perhaps putting Spock in a specific tribe would be better than simply calling him an Indian.
Other people might find this offensive because the headdress is a sacred symbol and only given to those you show selfless hard work in their tribe and many times it has been used to stereotype that misrepresents all Native Americans (even though the headdress is strictly a Plains Native piece, some people think all Native Americans wore them).
So even if you do respect the many cultures, this can still be seen as a misrepresentation.
I just wanted to let you know in case someone does come along and gets upset. It might help to write about how Spock is a Plains Native in your AU or something.
Just saying.
But strictly speaking about the art itself, it's beautiful and I absolutely love Jim's expression!

Oh, I didn't mean to put down one or another tribe of native americans. So sorry! I'm from far Ukraine and just don't know characteristics of different tribes. For me there are North American and Canadian Indians as one big native group and I keen on their culture in general. I know that tribes have differences (in clothes, patterns, mode of life, traditions etc.) but I can't identify tribe by clothing, patterns etc. I mean, I was drawing Spock's clothes not from my head full of stereotypes but according to this amazing painting [link] and I just don't know what tribe this great man from... So I write Indian!Spock in general meaning. Sorry if I upset someone by it..
I understand what you want to say. I don't like when people, esp. americans, think that Russia and Ukraine is the same thing. So I can imagine what you feel. Maybe I should concretize my description. Is "Plains Native!Spock" would be ok? But I'm afraid people from Europe or Asia will not understand what that means ^^'
And if this traditional clothes on Spock hurts someone feelings I can delete this fanart as well. No problem!

Yes, a lot of times Natives are often seen as one big group and it's understandable when it happens outside the US because of how much our media generalizes them.
The headdress is a Plains Native piece and if people don't understand that then maybe a brief description could help?
I suppose "Plains Indian" would be an acceptable description as well.
Thanks for listening! I really love your work!
